SUMMARY

When the delivery time came, Miner Source delivered the goods as promised, which reassured the customer greatly. Customer expressed that they would continue to purchase hundreds more machines in the future from us.

On July 24, 2024, our Miner Source team members Jack and Diana accompanied a customer to our Dongguan warehouse to pick up 15 units of in-stock Ibelink 10.5T kaspa miners. The customer had placed an order for futures a month in advance. Initially, the customer was also worried about whether the futures orders could be delivered on time, as there are many scam companies selling non-existent products in the market nowadays.

When the delivery time came, Miner Source delivered the goods as promised, which reassured the customer greatly. Customer expressed that they would continue to purchase hundreds more machines in the future from us.

When communicating with many overseas customers from different countries, we often encounter trust issues. Customers are concerned that they might pay in full before shipping and not receive the goods, while we are worried about shipping first and not getting paid after the customer receives the goods.

Additionally, due to Chinese regulations, most Chinese mining companies can only accept payments in USDT, which increases the risk for the payer. We understand why many customers are initially reluctant to pay.

To address this situation, we suggest that customers evaluate the reliability of the seller from multiple dimensions.

Request a Video Proof of Goods Before Payment:

Customers can ask the seller to provide a video of the goods with the company logo and the current date to prove authenticity. This method is very effective as companies selling non-existent products cannot provide these. This is why many customers ask us for this proof.

Our Miner Source team has warehouses in both Hong Kong and Shenzhen and can provide such evidence. This is also why we upload a large number of videos on the Miner Source website and Miner Source Telegram channel. Scam companies cannot provide these unless they impersonate our employees and use our shipping videos fraudulently.

Besides Diana, Jack, and Jennifer, any other contacts are scammers.

Check the Company’s Website:

Look for more evidence that proves the company’s existence, such as videos and promotions from industry summits. The Miner Source team records each conference in video format and uploads it to the website.

Look for Real-Person Videos or Photos on Marketing Platforms:

Scam companies’ personnel often do not dare to appear in public videos for fear of being caught. Reliable businesses do not worry about appearing on camera because they only engage in legal and trustworthy activities.

Seek Recommendations from Other Companies:

Endorsements from peer companies are also an important way to evaluate the reliability of another business. The development of the industry is like sifting through sand; only those who are honest and trustworthy can survive. Miner Source has been established for five years, and we will continue to exist and contribute to the mining industry.
