Our dedicated Miner Source Service Center houses a team of experienced technicians familiar with all ASIC miner models on the market. They are ready to provide professional support and repair services for your mining equipment. If an issue cannot be resolved remotely, we will provide instructions for shipping your device to our service center for repair.

1. Warranty Period & Coverage
Calculation: Free after-sales service and warranty support are provided for 180 days from the shipment date. If a miner requires factory repair after the warranty period has expired, the customer will be responsible for all associated costs, including logistics, shipping, customs clearance, and repair fees.

3. Return to Factory Costs
When a customer returns a product to our company or the manufacturer for repair or service, the customer is responsible for bearing all shipping costs and any applicable customs clearance fees.
4. Actions That Void the Warranty
① Unauthorized Tampering: The warranty becomes void if the product’s warranty label or serial number (SN) is torn, damaged, or removed. Similarly, damage resulting from unauthorized disassembly or repair attempts by anyone other than MinerSource or the manufacturer will void the warranty.
② Improper Operation/Use: Please carefully follow all machine operating instructions and specifications. Consult the user manual or contact our sales/after-sales staff if you have questions. Damage caused by improper operation, such as connecting to an incorrect voltage, will void the warranty.
③ Unauthorized Modifications: Any physical modifications made to the product during the warranty period, including but not limited to adding aftermarket cooling systems, modifying fans or heatsinks, or altering power cables, will void the warranty.
④ Altered Serial Number: Any attempt to alter, deface, or remove the serial number on the machine casing will immediately void the warranty.
5. Important Note on Receiving Your Miner
① Upon receiving your miner(s), you must inspect them immediately for any damage, scratches, or missing/tampered warranty labels. You must report any such issues to our office in writing within 24 hours of delivery. Failure to notify us within this timeframe will be considered acceptance of the unit’s condition and may result in the warranty being voided for pre-existing physical damage or tampering.
