All mining machine sales are final and non-refundable. Orders cannot be canceled (except in cases where the machine’s price increases due to market fluctuations or the item becomes out of stock). If you experience software issues with your miner, please contact our customer service team for assistance. For hardware problems, please contact us to arrange shipment of your miner to our repair center for service.
