For orders of 1-200 units, air freight is recommended.
For orders over 500 units, sea freight can be considered.
Air Freight: Delivery time is typically 5-12 days, with options like DHL, UPS, FedEx, or DDP Air.
Sea Freight: Delivery time is usually 35-55 days, with DDP and DDU options available.
Shipping time and costs vary by country.

How long is the warranty period?


All machines follow the manufacturer's warranty.
Ranging from 180 to 365 days depending on the model.

Customers cover shipping to the official repair center for free factory repairs; return shipping is covered by the factory.

Note: Machines that are scrapped, tampered with, or modified may be refused by factory warranty service.

MinerSource assists with after-sales and repair follow-ups.
Customers only pay outbound shipping.
